Apple Harvest

We have created a new cocktail with our HØST GIN. A gin with strong notes of apple. Combined with apple syrup and sparkling water, we get a fruity cocktail that is intended as a tribute to autumn and the season's delicious Danish apples.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cl HØST GIN from Bornholm Distillery

  • 2 cl Apple syrup from Krogsholm

  • Mega Brus from Bornholms Kildevand

  • Lots of ice cubes

  • Garnish with thin slices of apple and some thyme
